The role of a Sales Administrator is to deal with incoming customer enquiries and assist the sales team with various aspects of Sales Administration. This will include order processing, customer enquiries and support. Within this role you will report directly to the Commercial Manager.
The ideal candidate will have strong person-to-person qualities and excellent communication skills. You will be required to maintain operations data with accurate CRM/IT systems and reporting functions and will also be required to liaise with SWI Management and Finance Departments on regular sales functions.
Requirements for the role:
- High organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
- Ability to prioritise own workload.
- Strong communication skills.
- Well versed in IT skills for example Microsoft
- Office Suite and CRM systems.
- An administrative or sales background.
- Must be detail oriented.
Hours of work:
Contracted Hours: 40 per week
Office hours: Mon - Fri , 8:30am - 5:30pm
Occasional weekend or evening work will be required for items such as stock taking.
Shift patterns may change in future if business evolvement dictates this.
Monthly by BACS - last working day of month.

Holidays are accrued on a pro-rata basis in each working year. 28 days (inclusive of UK Public Holidays). Christmas closedown compulsory holiday. (SWI-UK will close annually from 23rd December until 2nd January / or first working day thereafter). Staff are required to take any standard working days covered in this period as part of the annual holiday entitlement. Remaining annual holidays are to be taken January until September 30th each year and in agreement with your line Manager. No holiday is permitted unless approved by the Managing Director between 1st October and 23rd December each year due to busy trading period.
Offsite Working / Travel:
As SWI-UK is part of the SWI Group occasionally you will be required to travel to other UK or International bases for limited periods of time for either work related or training objectives.
